Stephanie is a charismatic speaker who thrives on inspiring, influencing and making a difference in the lives of others.

Recognized for her high energy and engaging speaking style, Stephanie has a way of captivating the hearts and ears of her audience in a unique and special way. She is the creator of the M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Workshop Series, the M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Movement, the Author of "Pieces of a Poet", "The ABCs of Commanding Your Day" & The M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Workbook. Stephanie is also the Founder and Director of Open Your Mind, LLC, a Certified Life Coach, Teen Growth & Development Strategist and an Educational Consultant and Trainer.

Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Benedictine University, an MBA and a Certificate In Management of Educational Corporations & Corporate Training from Keller Graduate School of DeVry; and a Master of Science Degree in Education from Quincy University. Prior to becoming an Educator in 2007, Stephanie worked in the financial arena  for over 15 years as a Credit Counselor, Life Insurance Agent, Senior Loan Officer, DU Underwriter and has held an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License since 2000.
